Savory peanut sauce wings spice up any meal.  These delicious wings can be served as an appetizer or main course.  They're even tasty as a cold snack!

  • 3 lbs of chicken wings
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup of peanut butter
  • 1-3 T salsa or other hot sauce (to taste)
  • 1 t sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup panko or bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup regular olive oil
  • 3 T fresh coriander, chopped

1. Place the chicken wings in a large plastic bag. Mix all the other ingredients except the bread crumbs, then add the spicymixture to the wings. Close the top of the bag and shake to cover evenl;y. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour or more for best results.

2. After marinating, add the panko or bread crumbs, close the bag and shake until evenly coated.

3. Place on a oven rack over aluminum foil. Bake at 380 deg for 8-10' on each side; then put under the broiler for 3-5 each side to brown & crisp, watching they don't char.
