Take a virtual tour of the dragons of China found in:

  • Beijing
  • Xian
  • Dazu
  • the Yangtze River
  • Wuhan
  • Hangzhou
  • Suzhou
  • Shanghai

All creatures shown here were captured during our 1985 and 2001 expeditions. Some dragons are displayed in museums with dinosaurs.

Note that Chinese dragons tend to have 4 feet and no wings [though like Superman, they manage to fly without wings], unlike European dragons who tend to have 2 feet and wings
